Welcome to No Cap Hat Bar. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Deposit Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- The non-refundable deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Payment Policy
- All paid packages must be paid in full no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Failure to submit full payment by the 15-day deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Refunds & Rescheduling
- Refunds and rescheduling requests are allowed up to 7 days prior to the event date.
- Requests made within 7 days of the event will not qualify for a refund.
- Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
- Deposits remain non-refundable and will be applied to the first rescheduled date if applicable.
4. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking payment will NOT be returned.
- After the 24-hour booking window has passed, standard cancellation policies apply.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide a safe and suitable setup area for No Cap Hat Bar services.
- Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.
- Final guest count must be confirmed prior to the event as outlined in the selected package agreement.
6. Force Majeure
No Cap Hat Bar is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, or government mandates.
7. Agreement
By submitting a deposit and booking services with No Cap Hat Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
